Address Display License

This Address Display License (the "License") is granted by Caller Technologies (the "Licensor") to you (the "Licensee") as a benefit of your active Full Load subscription. It confirms your right to show your address off in the real world.

1. What you can do

The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to publicly display and use your email address your-name@ShitsAboutToGoDown.com as a point of contact for your business, including:

on the exterior of your vehicles, trucks, vans, and trailers — yes, six-foot letters, go with God;
on signage, storefronts, yard signs, banners, and wraps;
on business cards, invoices, estimates, uniforms, apparel, flyers, and any printed material;
on your website, your social media, and your ShitsAboutToGoDown.com landing page;
in advertising of any kind, in any medium, now known or later invented.

2. What this does not grant

This License covers displaying your own address (your-name@ShitsAboutToGoDown.com). It grants no rights in the ShitsAboutToGoDown.com or ShitIsAboutToGoDown.com domains, or in the Licensor's name, brand, logo, or mascot, beyond your address itself — and no right to represent that you are the Licensor or an official outlet of the Service. You may not sublicense, resell, assign, or transfer this License or the address.

3. Ownership

The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the domains, brand, trademarks, and mascot. This License is permission to use and display your address; it is not a sale or assignment of any name, domain, or intellectual property.

4. How you use it

You will display and use the address lawfully and in good taste; you will not use it for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that harms the reputation of the Licensor or the Service; and you will comply with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use, including the limits on bulk and mass email.

5. Term and end

This License is effective as of the date your Full Load subscription begins and continues only while your Full Load subscription and your address remain active. It ends automatically if your subscription lapses or your address is terminated. When it ends, your right to make new displays of the address ends — we won't ask you to repaint your truck overnight, but you must stop using the address in new marketing and, on the Licensor's reasonable request, retire existing displays within a reasonable period.

6. As-is; liability; whole agreement

The address and this License are provided "as is," and the Licensor's total liability relating to this License is subject to the limitations in the Terms of Service. This License is granted under and incorporates those Terms; if the two conflict, the Terms of Service govern except as to the specific display rights granted here.
